About Bloom development
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I've built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. My journey began as a labourer, earning $12 an hour. Through hard work and determination and with a passion for knowledge, I completed my red seal carpentry certification, obtained my construction operations certificate and have become a licensed residential builder.
My apprenticeship and subsequent 20-year tenure at Liberty Homes provided invaluable experience in building single-family homes, townhouses, wood-frame condos, concrete high-rises, as well as commercial tilt-up buildings and tenant improvements. I also honed my renovation skills through various projects and personal ventures.
